उत्तर भारत में : श्रवण पूर्णिमा

उत्तर भारत में राखी का पर्व काफी उत्साह पूर्वक मनाया जाता है खासकर उत्तर प्रदेश,बिहार,मध्य प्रदेश जैसे राज्यों में जहां बहने अपने भाइयों को टीका लगाने के बाद राखी बांधती है , जिसके बदले उनके भाई उन्हे कुछ उपहार भेंट करते हैं। वहीं जम्मू कश्मीर में लोग इस दिन पतंग उड़ाके इस पर्व को  मनाते हैं , तो हरियाणा में इस पर्व को एक विशेष नाम दिया गया है "सालोनो" । यहां इस पर्व की शुरूवात मंदिर में जाके होती है जहा मंदिर का पुजारी भाई की कलाई में पवित्र धागे को उसकी रक्षा के लिए बांधता है। और फिर बाद में बहने अपने भाईयो को राखी बांधती है ।

पश्चिमी भारत में : नारियल पूर्णिमा

गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, गोवा जैसे क्षेत्रों में यह पर्व काफी महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है खासकर के मछुवारों के लिए क्युकी जब मॉनसून पीछे होने लगता है(retreat monsoon) तब समुद्र की लहरे शांत होने लगती है , जिसके वजह से यह उनके लिए नए फिशिंग सीजन के रूप में शुरू होता है , जिसके प्रारूप मछुवारे समुद्र में नारियल को डाल के भगवान वरुण( hindu rain god)  को समर्पित करते हैं। 

गुजरात : पावित्रोपणा

 गुजरात में इस दिन लोग भगवान शिव की पूजा करते हैं। ऐसी मान्यता है की जो इस दिन भगवान शिव की पूजा करता है उसके सारे पाप मिट जाते हैं।पावित्रोपण पवित्रास से मिले बना है जिसने कपास के रेशों को कास (एक प्रकार की घास) से जोड़ने के पश्चात इसे पंचगव्या (गाय का घी, दूध, दही, गोबर, गोमूत्र) में मिलाया जाता है और फिर इस धागे को शिवलिंग के चारो ओर बांधा जाता है।

पूर्वी भारत: झूलन पूर्णिमा

असम और त्रिपुरा में इसे काफी उत्साह के साथ मनाया जाता है क्योंकि इन राज्यों में रहने वाले हिंदुओ की संख्या अच्छी खासी है।पश्चिम बंगाल और ओडिशा जैसे राज्यों में भगवान कृष्ण और राधा रानी की पूजा की जाती है ,जिसे झूलन यात्रा के नाम से भी जानते हैं। यह पर्व वैष्णव धर्म को मानने वालो के लिए बहुत ही विशेष माना जाता है।

दक्षिण भारत: अवनी अवित्तम

दक्षिण भारत में इस पर्व पे ब्राह्मण अपने पवित्र धागे(जनेऊ) को स्नान करने  के पश्चात बदलते हैं। माना जाता है की इस प्रथा से एक प्रकार का प्रायश्चित करते हैं, और एक अच्छी , गरिमामयी जीवन जीने की संकल्पना लेते हैं। और ये ब्रह्मांड इस दिन यजुर वेद (yajur veda) ka अध्यन करते हैं।

भारत के अलग अलग प्रदेश में राखी का त्योहार अलग अलग ढंग से मनाया जाता है ।  जम्मू कश्मीर में लोग  इस दिन पतंग उड़ाके मनाते हैं ।  हरियाणा में इस पर्व को एक विशेष नाम दिया गया है "सालोनो" । यहां इस पर्व की शुरूवात मंदिर में जाके होती है जहा मंदिर का पुजारी भाई की कलाई में पवित्र धागे को उसकी रक्षा के लिए बांधता है। और फिर बाद में बहने अपने भाईयो को राखी बांधती है ।

भारत में यह धर्म संस्कृति के अनुसार श्रावण मास की पूर्णिमा को मनाया जाता है । यह भ्रात्रभावना और सहयोग के उद्देश से भारत में हिंदू और जैन धर्म के लोग खासकर के मनाते हैं। इसमें बहने अपने भाइयों को राखी बांधती हैं और उनकी दीर्घायु और प्रशंता की प्रार्थना करती हैं, और भाई उनकी रक्षा करने का वचन देता है। 

इस वर्ष राखी का त्योहार २२ अगस्त दिन रविवार को मनाया जाएगा । राखी बांधने का शुभ मुहूर्त २२ अगस्त की सुबह 05 बजकर 05 मिनट से शाम 06 बजकर 03 मिनट तक है। कई वर्षो के बाद ऐसा संयोग आया है की इस दिन भद्रा नक्षत्र नही है , क्युकी ऐसा माना जाता है की रावण को उसकी बहन ने भद्रा नक्षत्र में ही राखी बांधी थी जिससे उसका अनुचित हुआ।

इस वर्ष पंचांग के अनुसार रक्षाबंधन पर सुबह 06:15 बजे से लेकर 10:34  बजे तक शुभ योग रहेगा। वही शाम  07:40 मिनट तक घनिस्था योग रहेगा। इसमें राखी बांधना सबसे श्रेष्ठ माना गया है ।

As a physiotherapist, we help the patients according to their situations. We do their assessment and then accordingly we give the treatment like the patient recovering from Corona may have the symptoms of breathlessness, fatigue or the inability to continue his/her daily activities, muscle and joint pains, etc.. So, accordingly we recommend them to do the things like exercises for  retaining back their physical  actions and activities, while sometimes they may need different kind of therapy for their recovery.

• What's the difference in both the waves and how can we protect ourselves from it?

In the last wave it was much easy to manage as the number of cases were less in number as well as the rate of infection in lungs, if say, in the First Wave was about 50% then in the Second Wave it increased to about 95% , which reduced the breathing capacity and demanded for Supplemental Oxygen but due to shortage of Oxygen Cylinders many people lose their lives.

We can protect ourselves by taking care of our balanced diet so to make our immunity strong, wear masks, use hand sanitiser time to time, avoid social gathering, etc to protect yourself. 

• How to recognise Asymptomatic COVID-19 patients?

 Its very difficult to recognise such patients because asymptomatic patients are those who  have been infected by the virus, but does not feel sick or develop any symptoms, so its really very challenging. In this case the only suggestion is to follow the Covid-19 guidelines and the protocols to keep yourself safe.

• To what kind of people does the Black and White fungus attacks?

 Person with very low immunity or having any previous medical history like diabetes are very prone to these fungal attacks.

• What kind of problems due you face while doing duty after wearing PPE Kits?

Wearing a kit in itself is a very tough task, firstly it takes at least half an hour to wear it and then work long for 6 hours continuously with no food, water, or going toilet. But as it is our work and duty we love to serve our patients in the best possible ways.

• How much it is important to take the vaccination? Are you vaccinated?

It is very-very important to get vaccinated because vaccination helps us to develop antibodies which helps in fighting against the virus. The data also says that the person who were vaccinated were at low risk of the corona attack while the person without vaccination were at high risk and developed so many complications as well.

 Yes, I got vaccinated and would suggest everyone to get the vaccination doses as soon as possible and play the role of your part as a responsible citizen.

The only message is to please follow the Covid-19 guidelines and protocols as per the government orders, take care of your health  and prevent the spread of Third Wave because "to the world you may be One Person but to the one person you may be the World".

डर या भय की पद्धति को ही आतंकवाद कहा जाता है, जो कि हमारे देश ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे विश्व के लिए एक विकराल समस्या बन चुकी है। आतंकवादी अपने उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति के लिए लोगों की निर्मम हत्या करके देश को अस्थिर करना चाहते हैं। इनकी न तो कोई जाति होती और न ही कोई देश व धर्म होता है। कानूनी व्यवस्था को ताक पर रखकर देश में अराजकता फैलाना इनका मुख्य उद्देश्य होता है। यह पूरे विश्व में मानव जाति के लिए एक बहुत बड़ा गंभीर खतरा बन चुका है।

साथ ही साथ मानव सभ्यता की विस्तार नीति भी लगातार जारी है। बाजार और व्यापार की इस नीति ने एक कदम आगे की राह पकड़ हथियारों की सैन्य ताकतों के साथ-साथ नवीनतम रूप जैविक हथियार के रूप में बढ़ा  दिया है। जिसने दुनिया में जैविक आतंकवाद के द्वार खोल दिए हैं।

जैविक आतंक मानव निर्मित सर्वाधिक प्राचीन होने के साथ विनाशकारी हथियारों में से है। यह ऐसा हथियार है जिनके द्वारा कम खर्च में युद्ध की बड़ी से बड़ी सेना को भी नष्ट किया जा सकता था। यह विनाशकारी हथियार विषाणु, कीटाणु, वायरस या फफूंद जैसे संक्रमणकारी तत्वों से निर्मित किए जाते हैं। जो सदियों से युद्ध का कूटनीतिक हिस्सा रहे हैं।

युद्ध में विरोधी सेना को बीमार करने के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता रहा है। मानव की विस्तारवादी नीति इन महामारियों का कारण बनती रही है।

ईसा पूर्व छठवीं शताब्दी में मेसोपोटामिया के अस्सूर साम्राज्य के लोगों ने अपने शत्रुओं को मारने के लिए उनके पानी के कुओं में जहरीला कवक डलवा दिया। जिससे सैंकड़ो लोग मारे गए। संभवतः यह इतिहास के प्राचीनतम उदाहरणों में से एक है, जब जैविक हथियार का प्रयोग किया गया था।

हाल ही में यूएन की एजेंसी ने "स्टॉप द वायरस डिसइंफॉर्मेशन" शीर्षक एक रिपोर्ट जारी की है। जिसमें बताया गया है कि आतंकवादी और अपराधी तत्व कोविड-19 महामारी का फायदा कैसे अपना जाल फैलाने के लिए कर रहे हैं।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र अंतरक्षेत्रीय अपराध और न्याय शोध संस्थान (यूएनआईसीआरआई) ने एक नई रिपोर्ट जारी की है जिसका नाम "वायरस को लेकर गलत जानकारियों को रोकना: कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान आतंकवादियों, हिंसक चरमपंथियों और आपराधिक समूहों द्वारा सोशल मीडिया का दुर्भावनापूर्ण इस्तेमाल है।" यह रिपोर्ट बताती है कि आतंकवादी और चरमपंथी समूह सोशल मीडिया पर ऐसी साजिशी कहानियां भी फैला रहे हैं जिनमें वायरस को हथियार बनाया जा रहा है और सरकारों में भरोसे को कमजोर किया जा रहा है।

अल कायदा और आईएसआईएस से जुड़े समूह कोविड-19 महामारी का फायदा उठा रहे हैं और मनगढ़ंत कहानियां फैला रहे हैं कि "ईश्वर को नहीं मानने वाले" को वायरस सजा दे रहा है और यह "पश्चिम पर टूटा खुदा का कहर है." रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि आतंकियों को इसको जैविक हथियार के रूप में इस्तेमाल करने के लिए उकसाया जा रहा है।

रिपोर्ट में यूएनआईसीआरआई की निदेशक एंटोनिया मैरी डि मेयो लिखती हैं, "यह देखना चिंताजनक है कि कुछ आतंकवादी और हिंसक चरमपंथी गुटों ने सोशल मीडिया का गलत इस्तेमाल करने का प्रयास किया है ताकि संभावित आतंकवादियों को, कोविड-19 का संक्रमण फैलाने के लिये उकसाया जा सके और इसे एक कामचलाऊ जैविक हथियार के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सके।"

मौजूदा इस रिपोर्ट को तैयार करने वाले शोधकर्ताओं ने यह पाया है कि सोशल मीडिया का इस्तेमाल आतंकवाद भड़काने, कट्टरपंथी बनने वाले आतंकवादियों को हमले करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने में किया जा सकता है। रिपोर्ट में ऐसे मामलों का जिक्र किया गया है जिनमें दक्षिणपंथी चरमपंथी गुटों ने खुले तौर पर अपने समर्थकों से स्थानीय अल्पसंख्यकों खासतौर पर अल्पसंख्यक समूहों को वायरस से संक्रमित करने के लिए कहा है।
